Workload Developers

Workload developers, with this release we introduced many new capabilities which also drive platform alignment and a better experience for your users.

Multiple Developers on a Single Capacity

We’ve heard our Partners loud and clear! With this release, multiple developers can now utilize the same Fabric capacity for workload development without needing to be capacity administrators. To develop a workload, simply create a workspace where you are the workspace admin and assign any Fabric capacity to it. This will enable you to register your local machine workload seamlessly.

Admins now have the ability to manage the availability and visibility of workloads that have not been validated by Microsoft. This provides Fabric admins with complete control and the option to participate in limited releases of partner workloads.

Monetization patterns

The Fabric UX system provides a comprehensive guide for designing workloads, offering examples and components in React and Angular to assist users in starting their projects. It includes monetization patterns for partners to use, ensuring a consistent purchasing journey for users.

We are excited about this journey and look forward to seeing the innovative workloads from our developer community and software development companies.
