Working with OneLake using Azure Storage Explorer

You can get the details of the workspace from the properties pane of a file in the Microsoft Fabric portal in this format https://onelake.dfs.fabric.microsoft.com/{workspace-Name} and connect it in storage explorer through its Open Connect dialog experience.
