New Features

In this release, we’re excited to announce that Mirroring for Google BigQuery now supports On-Prem Data Gateway (OPDG). This enhancement enables users to Mirror their GBQ projects into Fabric using OPDG, allowing secure connectivity. To take advantage of this feature, ensure your OPDG version is greater than 3000.286.6.

Power BI Desktop Compatibility

This update brings the on-premises data gateway up to date with the September 2025 release of Power BI Desktop.

This version of the gateway will ensure that the reports that you publish to the Power BI Service and refresh via the gateway will go through the same query execution logic/run-time as in the September version of Power BI Desktop.
