Fabric Platform Support for Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.1 and earlier versions has ended

We have officially ended the support for TLS 1.1 and earlier on the Fabric platform. As previously announced, starting July 31, 2025, all outbound connections from Fabric to customer data sources must use TLS 1.2 or later.

This update follows our earlier announcement in the TLS Deprecation for Fabric blog, where we outlined the rationale and timeline for this transition.

What You Need to Know

  • Deadline: TLS 1.1 and earlier will no longer be supported after July 31, 2025.
  • Impact: Any Fabric-integrated resources still using older TLS versions will fail to connect.
  • Action Required: Ensure all systems interacting with Fabric are updated to TLS 1.2 or later.

Resources to Help You Migrate

We encourage you to review your systems and confirm compatibility with TLS 1.2 or later to ensure uninterrupted service and strengthen your organization’s security. We appreciate your partnership and are here to support you every step of the way.
